Peach Pie




Nothing is better than a fresh peach pie topped with vanilla ice cream!! That's the dessert we had last night. I made it using 5 cups of fresh sliced peaches and Pillsbury pie crust. Needless to say, it was YUMMY!!! I got the recipe from cooks.com and I highly recommend it. One thing I would add to it would be draining the peaches for about 10 minutes in a collander to remove excess juices.



Wheat Bread


Homemade bread is hard to beat. That's why I LOVE my bread machine. I use it to make bread, yeast rolls, pizza dough and much much more. Top the freshly baked, warm bread with a spread of butter and you are good to go!!
