Breakfast Scrambler Recipe
Last night I needed a quick and easy dinner using only ingredients that I already had. So, I came up w/this recipe and it was an immediate hit at the dinner table.

Ingredients:
4 banana peppers, chopped
8 roma tomoatoes, diced
2 lbs pork sausage
1 1/2 Tbs minced onion (or half of a fresh vidalia onion)
1 Tbs hot sauce
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 fresh jalapeno, chopped (& seeded if mild spice is desired)

Cook sausage in skillet until crumbled and brown. Add banana peppers, tomatoes onion and jalapeno. Saute until tender. Add hot sauce and pepper. Cook on low for 8-10 minutes to combine flavors. Serves 4
